I am extremely satisfied with OCC’s services both inside and outside of my 3 bedroom villa at Reserva Conchal. The housekeeping team led by Xinia is extremely conscientious and they do a fantastic job of not only keeping my villa in top condition but in keeping me informed of any issues that need to be addressed. It gives me great pleasure to be in a position to enthusiastically endorse and recommend OCC to other property owners in the area.

The OCC Team is amazing! We bought our condo in Bougainvilla this last fall and had it fully renovated. Carolina was on top of everything, always available, always accommodating and always looking out for our best interests. From start to finish having to act as our liaison/supervisor for construction projects and decorating. Setting up the Owners Portal and tracking expenses and paying bills. Prompt responses always and set our minds at ease. Even before the condo was fully complete OCC had it rented out. The photos and write up and posting to different rental sites are professionally done and beautiful. The OCC team, especially Carolina, did a better job than we ever could have ourselves.

The condo looks amazing and the guests that we have had have been extremely happy with the service they received from OCC as well.

Since we hired OCC Consultores for the Unit Management Service, my condo is in great shape, they care about the details as much as I do, I fully trust them. All maintenances and cleanings are performed immaculately. When I visit my unit I just relax, rest and enjoy.
