The property is at an excellent location near playa Conchal (the main reason for our visit) this place exceeded our expectations in every way. Very beautiful and peaceful. We regret not staying longer but we had another reservation already somewhere else. The condominium where we stayed was equipped with everything you need. Ours had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we stayed with our two children and another couple. This place made our vacation even more memorable!

The views off the balcony are stunning. Everything in the unit was great. Loved being able to wake up to see the ocean off the balcony or the beautiful sunsets. Being able to quickly communicate and coordinate with Rose Mary was such a relief and pleasant experience. It is a very short drive (5 min) to either Playa Flamingo, Playa Brasilito, or Playa Conchal. Walking to the beach from the unit isn’t really feasible so keep that in mind as it does sit atop a hill. Would absolutely recommend to all and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo, top-notch amenities. The beach was gorgeous, and Rose Mary with OCC was super helpful showing us around the reserve, suggesting activities, and overall ensuring we had a great stay.

Better than expected!
We’ve stayed in the same condo building before, and this unit was pleasantly updated and had a much better layout. Our concierge service was excellent, Rose Mary made several reservations for us and was quick to respond to my questions. The listing said that there were only 3 bathrooms, but there was an additional two piece bathroom by the entrance. I would recommend this condo unit and would rent it again.

Beautiful property, fantastic views! I would highly recommend this property especially for people wanting two masters. The property manager, Rose Mary, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return someday.

We loved our experience with OCC! The apartment was in perfect conditions and extremely clean. They left us a very special welcome note with wine and homemade cookies that were amazing! We really appreciated the superb customer service by Carlos and everything he did for us. I highly recommend OCC and will definitely be staying with them again!
